Problems creating an account on the Jive Treasure Box?

**problems activating and getting into Jive Treasure Box for the first time**

I have noticed several people creating multiple accounts but not finishing the activation because they don't appear to reply to the email sent.

If you are having problems getting a new login to work, ckeck your spam mailbox!!

I have noticed that Gmail by default puts this activation message in you spam box so you never see it in inbox so can never reply. I suspect this is going to be the same for other public and some company email accounts.
